What: Private View is a series of events scheduled to run on the first Thursday of every second month. These informal evenings feature works by select visual artists. You’re welcome to drop by, or stay for the whole evening. Wine and snacks will be served.
Why: View affordable art, and meet local artists!
I spent the afternoon getting all set up for this week’s private view and I’m pleased as punch at how it’s all coming together. A whole wall of wood blocks, lockets plus one of my largest ever paintings will be on display.
I have one more surprise that sadly is not yet ready from the printer, but I’m very excited. Here’s a hint – it’s based off one of my all time favorite paintings AND it’s big!
